During intensive hours of discussions in the lecture hall, we will jointly deal with practical aspects of treatment for women planning to get pregnant and those who have to postpone their maternity plans for the future. Topics related to the use of the latest generation of hormonal drugs, both in the field of contraception and the treatment of endometriosis, adenomyosis or uterine fibroids, will be discussed. We will devote our attention to the topic of preconception advice and treatment related mainly to the use of genetic tests. Outstanding specialists will discuss the latest indications in the field of preimplantation and prenatal diagnostics. We will not forget about pregnancy after infertility treatment, as well as the in vitro procedure and methods from the field of so-called artificial intelligence. Using specific clinical cases from our own practices, we will present key elements of the latest ESHRE recommendations in the field of polycystic ovary syndrome, recurrent miscarriages, endometriosis or premature ovarian failure. The practical aspect of the Event will be additionally supported by a meeting with lawyers, where we will discuss the pros and cons of the Act on the Treatment of Infertility and together we will consider possible changes that would help improve diagnostic and therapeutic possibilities in the treatment of our patients.
